Human Dimension Solutions

People first. Mission always.

Technology for the rest of us.

Human Dimension Solutions builds websites, apps and AI tools for small businesses, nonprofits, churches and community groups. Plain words. Fair prices. Veteran-owned.

Who we serve

Built for the little guy

Big companies have whole departments to keep up with new technology. The corner store, the food bank and the church down the street don't. That's who we work for.

  • Small and local businesses

A website that answers customer questions, and fewer hours lost to paperwork.

  • Nonprofits

Tools that stretch a small budget and keep donor and volunteer information organized.

  • Churches and faith communities

Member updates, event sign-ups, and private information kept private.

  • Community groups and teams

Simple sign-ups, schedules, and a place of your own on the web.

What we build

Something useful, built with you

Everything we offer is something we make, set up or keep running for you. Services open in January 2027.

  • Coming January 2027

    Starter Build

One useful thing, working in two weeks, for a set price.

A website helper that answers your most common questions, or one automation that takes a chore off your plate: quotes, sign-ups, follow-up emails.

Best for anyone who wants to try AI without a big bet.

  • Coming January 2027

    Websites with AI built in

A website that works as hard as you do.

Clean, fast and accessible, with practical AI features where they actually help.

Best for businesses and groups that need a real home online.

  • Coming January 2027

    Private AI setup

AI that stays inside your walls.

AI tools installed on your own equipment, so private information never leaves the building.

Best for offices that handle private information, like law and accounting offices, and churches with member records.

  • Coming January 2027

    Care Plan

We keep it running so you don't have to think about it.

Monthly upkeep, updates, and a direct line when something needs fixing.

Best for every customer after launch.

Our own products

Ready-made software from our workshop. LayerLedger is the first.

LayerLedger
  • Windows beta now
  • Phone and desktop app in development

A workshop ledger for 3D printing. It keeps track of filament spools, print jobs, customer orders, costs and profit, for Etsy sellers, small studios and print farms.

Visit layerledger.app
  • Knows what a print costs. Reads the grams and minutes straight from the sliced file, so a quote is a number you can stand behind.
  • Nothing typed twice. Supplier receipts become spools, marketplace exports become orders.
  • Records stay on your computer. One-time purchase. No account, no subscription, no cloud.
  • Built for everyone. English and Spanish, light, dark and high-contrast looks, and full keyboard use.

How we work

You bring the problem. We build the fix with you.

  1. Tell us the problem. By email, or with the short project request below. No charge, no obligation.
  2. We design the fix. You get a plain-language description of what we'd build, a fixed price and a finish date, in writing.
  3. We build it with you. You see progress along the way and have a say before it's finished.
  4. We launch it and show you how it works. You get a one-page how-to sheet for everything we built.
  5. We keep it running. A check-in 30 days after launch, then an optional Care Plan.

Fixed price, fixed scope. Every job has a written scope: what we'll deliver, by when, and for how much. We do that job completely, with nothing left out and nothing padded. If you want something new along the way, it gets its own quote. That's how we keep prices low and predictable.

What we stand for

Six promises

01

People first. Mission always.

The person in front of us matters more than the sale. We'll tell you when you don't need us, and your accounts and data always stay in your name.

02

Solve the real problem

We start with what's slowing you down, not with the technology. Our first question is always: what's eating up your week?

03

Build it together

You know your work; we know the tools. You see the work as it takes shape and have a say before it's finished.

04

Do exactly what we agreed

A written scope and a fixed price for every job, delivered in full and on time. No surprise bills, no lock-in contracts.

05

Nobody gets left behind

Plain words, fair prices, and a Community Rate for nonprofits, churches and community groups. Everything we build meets Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA, so it works for people with disabilities.

06

Stay with you

Launch is the middle of the job, not the end. We check in 30 days after launch, and a Care Plan keeps things running.

Start a project

Let's see if we're a good fit.

Tell us a little about what you need. It takes about three minutes, and there's no charge or obligation. A real person reads every request and writes back.

Project requests open for work starting in January 2027. You're welcome to send one now.

The button opens an email to hello@humandimensionsolutions.com with the questions filled in. If it doesn't open, copy the questions into an email to that address. Your answers are used only to reply to you, never sold or shared.

The seven questions

  1. Your name, your organization, and the best way to reach you.
  2. What kind of organization are you?
  3. In a sentence or two, what's slowing you down, or what do you wish you had?
  4. What would you like built?
  5. What do you use today?
  6. When do you need it?
  7. What's your rough budget? A range is fine, or "not sure".

Ask HDS

Questions? Ask here.

An AI assistant that answers only from what Human Dimension Solutions has published: who we serve, what we build, how we work and what we stand for. When it doesn't know, it says so.

For LayerLedger it points you to Ask LayerLedger on layerledger.app; for the parent company, to natanaelapontejr.com; for Scout, to wanderwithnate.com.

It's an AI assistant, not a person. Your question goes to humandimensionsolutions.com, where Cloudflare's AI service writes the answer. We don't save your questions or answers, and Cloudflare doesn't use them to train AI; it keeps only routine service records, such as times and sizes. To stop abuse, the site counts questions from each connection under a scrambled code instead of your address. The counts are cleared shortly after midnight UTC each day; Cloudflare's backup copies of that small database expire after up to 7 days. Please don't type personal or sensitive information. "Read answers aloud" uses only a voice installed on your device; if there isn't one, it tells you instead of reading.

Hi, I'm Ask HDS. Ask me what we build, who we work with, or how we work. For anything else, I'll point you to the right place.
